Terms & subscriptions
One family subscription covers the owner and invited parents and children, on up to eight paired phones across iPhone and Android.
Your family plan
The family owner purchases and manages the subscription. Invited parents and children do not pay separately. The subscription covers one Got That family; every person keeps their own role and device pairing.
Try Got That
Eligible new families receive a 14-day free trial starting when their first child phone is successfully paired. No payment details are required. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe during the trial, paid billing starts when you purchase.
Prices and renewals
Monthly and annual options are shown with the price and currency supplied by your App Store or Google Play storefront. Review the store's confirmation screen before purchasing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you purchased them.
Manage, cancel or restore
Open You → Got That Family for subscription status, Restore purchases and billing-store management. Cancelling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends. The billing store handles payment methods, cancellation and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Switching phones does not move billing to a different store.
If a trial or paid entitlement expires, new family messages are paused. Pairings remain available, and already accepted messages can finish delivery and receive acknowledgements within their normal expiry period. Any billing grace period is determined by the billing store.
Account deletion
Deleting your Got That account does not cancel your Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the original billing store to stop future charges. See account deletion and our Privacy Policy.
App licence and your rights
For the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
